I’m transferring from another firm, what happens next?
Once your TREC-1 form has been signed and you have submitted the transfer through core.gov, bring a copy of your real estate license with you to our office. From there, you will notify the Clarksville Association of Realtors of the transfer. On their end, they will adjust your Transaction Desk and Realtracs to reflect the new firm.
I’m a brand new agent that just got licensed, what happens next?

To get established as a REALTOR®, the very first and most important step is to complete your application with our local association, Clarksville Association of Realtors. Then, call the CAR office to arrange your onboarding appointment/signup for New Member Orientation. They can be reached at(931) 552-3567.

During orientation, you will be enrolled in TransactionDesk and Realtracs.
TransactionDesk is the software that we use for all of our real estate contracts.
Realtracs is our Multiple Listings Service (MLS) that is only accessible to licensed agents for property listings, tax data, etc.
